Detailed Business Valuation Support for Complex Planning, Buying, Selling, and Growth Decisions
BizJump’s Business Valuation — Advanced service is designed for business owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and partners who need a more detailed valuation review than the Basic Valuation service provides. This service is ideal for businesses with more complex financial activity, multiple revenue streams, multiple owners, higher-value assets, investor discussions, acquisition planning, succession planning, partner buyouts, or serious sale preparation.
The Advanced Valuation service reviews financial, operational, market, and business value drivers to help estimate a reasonable market value for the business. The report may include a detailed valuation summary, adjusted financial review, seller’s discretionary earnings analysis, cash flow review, sales and earnings multiple analysis, market-based valuation, asset-based valuation, business risk review, industry classification review, growth opportunity assessment, and CPA-reviewed financial statement support.
A CPA review is included with this service to provide limited assurance that the financial statements do not appear to require material adjustments. This adds an additional level of confidence to the financial information used in the valuation process. A CPA review is more formal than a basic compilation but less extensive than a full audit.
A full audit is rarely needed for most valuation purposes. However, if a full audit is required by a lender, investor, court, government agency, regulator, or other third party, it must be requested separately and will be priced separately based on the scope and complexity of the work.

Please note: This is an advanced informational valuation service and is not automatically a certified appraisal unless specifically stated. The valuation report is prepared using information provided by the business owner or client, together with CPA-reviewed financial statement support. A CPA review provides limited assurance and is not the same as a full audit.
