Project Schedule Example for a Blue Chip Bizplan

The following is a typical project schedule for a blue chip business plan. Options for the other business plans follow a similar schedule. However, they are not as comprehensive as the blue chip plan schedule.

  • Kick off - client finalizes proposal and signs contract.

  • Data gathering -relevant data is procured using a mix of various secondary data gathering techniques

  • Executive interviews - personal interview with industry experts

  • Skill surveys - analysis of Client's resources

  • User interviews - personal interviews with the Client's potential customers

  • Interim review- interim report is a progress report that will preview the research's conclusion and test potential recommendations
