Job Description of Interns

Interns will be responsible for conceiving, developing and executing both internal and external projects from the conception and implementation through the completion stages.

Internal projects include:

• Develop and manage the company's Internet presence

• Coordinate marketing campaigns

• Develop and manage e-Promotion initiatives

• Chart and devise strategic objectives such as on-line procurement system, certification for government contracts and business loan packaging

• Research and analyze new opportunities in emerging markets

• Expand and/or update current service offerings in keeping with changes in the competitive environment

External projects include:

• Conduct market research, synthesize and interpret results

• Develop marketing and business plans

• Incorporate new businesses

• Develop business software

• Develop financial projections and models

• Advise clients on different aspects of developing their businesses

Job Requirements

We are seeking highly motivated and venture oriented individuals, who must be able to execute and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality of work. Qualified candidates must not only be entrepreneurial team players, but also they should be self-directed and Internet savvy.

This position requires strong written, verbal, analytical and project management skills.  College degree is required (preferably MBA students with Marketing, Accounting, Finance or Computer Science majors).  Successful candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.  Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Projects a plus.
